Rules

1. You must be a member of the RPG and have posted a minimum of 5 times to be eligible.
2. To win a POM Oscar, you have to have been nominated for a POM prior to the awards.
3. You cannot vote (or nominate, for that matter) for yourself.
4. You may only submit one vote per category and only one full ballot. Period. No re-dos.
5. Judges/Mods reserve the right to change any entries into the awards to insure fairness and keep everything fitting with list policy.
